The Online Lighting Shop is an e-commerce shopping tool for the purpose of selling lighting goods and related products online. Visitors to the Online Lighting Shop may select a product(s) and purchase this product online via this e-commerce site.

 

To locate a product, scroll through the several catagories of itams and select the desired product. By clicking the 'buy now' button, the product selected will be added to the shopping basket, ready for purchase.

Further information is also available about every product, this can be viewed by click on the 'more info' button concerning each product.

Setting up an account is the easiest way to ensure correct and full delivery detailing. This process is only required once, after which you can easily 'log in' for future ordering.

Setting up an account means faster checkout and access to special offers and discounts.

To set up an account, simply follow the process when purchasing. This will take you through a step by step process to register your account. This account information can be changed at any time by 'login in'.

An email address is necessary for online purchasing and registering an account with the Online Lighting Shop.

All invoices and receipts are sent via email to the address priovided.

If you require more information concerning a particular product, simply contact us, either via email, online chat or via telephone, with the product details and reference number along with your query and we will respond to the best of our ability.

All online payments are made through trusted online systems, PayPal and Realex, to insure your transaction is safe at all times.

Unsuitable goods can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less the outbound cost of transport, (usually about £10.00 within the UK and Ireland). If you require a return transport service this would also be deducted.

We can arrange our carrier to collect the unsuitable items or we can provide a return address for you to send your lights to.

If you wish to return your item we ask that you contact us via one of the main channels to inform us of your return request.

If the item is faulty we will usually arrange to collect the item at the same time as delivering a replacement. Broken glasses or missing components do not class as faulty and replacement parts will be sent. If the item is not faulty you have to bear the cost of returning the item.

Please check your goods within 48 hours of their arrival. Check that there are no breakages that the product is what you ordered, that the finish is correct. Online lighting shop can not be liable for any electricians costs due to pre-booked electricians, please check your goods fully prior to booking an installer.

For your peace of mind, we guarantee all our goods, in normal usage, for at least one year from date of purchase. Particular items, such as exterior lighting, may carry a longer period of guarantee. This will be indicated on the product if it is applicable.
