Returns

All Return Requests should be emailed to orders@onlinelightingshop.co.uk

Unsuitable goods (even if you change your mind) can be returned within 30 days for a refund. (Any delivery charges cannot be refunded - this is a non refundable service)

Please see our return options below; to arrange either return option we must be notified by email, returns will not be processed without the correct documentation. Please email us on orders@onlinelightigshop.com.uk to arrange your return. 

*Please note bespoke or personalised items such as David Hunt Lighting and Light Shade Studio cannot be returned.

Online Lighting Shop cannot be liable for any electricians costs due to pre-booked electricians, please check your goods fully prior to booking an installer.

 

Option One – We Arrange Collection

This cost is deducted from your refund normally around £12 within Ireland or Britain. The collection is scheduled with DPD to be on the day selected by the customer. Unfortunately, DPD are not able to provide us with an ETA of collection although the customer can call their local depot on the day of collection to request a more precise timeframe.

*Please note this service is not available to our customers who are located outside of the UK & Ireland.

Option Two – Customer Arranges Return

The customer takes full responsibility to ship unwanted goods back to us safely and undamaged for a full refund.

Email us with notification of the return & we can provide you with the return address.

 

**Your refund will be issued when the item(s) are returned and inspected.

**Please ensure the orginal DPD label is removed from the outer box. Please pack the light up as best you can. Seal tight to prevent any movement inside the box **

**Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, unwired and in a re-sellable condition in the original, unmarked packaging. ** 

If items arrive back to us broken or damaged your full refund may not be guaranteed.

 

All breakages must be reported within the first 1-3 days upon delivery.

In the unlikely case of damages or faults, please contact us directly at orders@onlinelightingshop.co.uk with pictures of the item(s).

Cost of delivery is a non refundable service fee. 

Broken glasses or missing components do not class as faulty and replacement parts / glass will be sent.
