Please check your goods within 48 hours of their arrival. Check that there are no breakages, that the product is what you ordered, and that the finish is correct.
We cannot be liable for any electricians’ costs due to pre-booked electricians. Please check your goods fully before booking an installer to ensure there are no issues
Our Guarantee for all goods is one year from the date of purchase. Particular items, such as exterior lighting, may carry a longer period of guarantee. This will be indicated on the product if it is applicable.
Firstly, let us know you will be returning the light, so we can inform the warehouse.
If the item is not faulty & it’s simply unsuitable for the area intended. You can return within 28 days after the light arrives. You can pick from either of the options below;
Option 1
If you want to arrange the return to us, you will receive a full refund once the goods have arrived back in our warehouse. (Less delivery fee if paid upon ordering)
We will email you to confirm it has been returned & the refund payment has been processed.

Option 2
We can arrange for DPD to collect the lights. This will cost £15/€15, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please specify what days suit to arrange the collection & please provide the collection address.
We will email you once the lights have been returned to us
In the unlikely case of damages or faults, please contact us directly at orders@onlinelightingshop.co.uk to arrange a replacement.
If the item is faulty, we will usually arrange to collect the item and deliver a replacement. Replacements may need to be ordered from the supplier. Broken glasses or missing components do not count as faulty, and replacement parts will be sent. All breakages must be reported within the first 3-5 days upon delivery.
