** Covid-19 Update – We are extending our returns period from 14 days to 30 days.
Unsuitable goods (even if you change your mind) can be returned within 14 -30 days for a refund. Must be unused, unwired. (Any delivery charges cannot be refunded - this is a non refundable service)
If you are outside this time period your return may not be accepted.
Please see our return options below; to arrange either return option we must be notified by email, returns will not be processed without the correct documentation. Please email us to arrange your return - returns can not be porocessed over the phone or via the online chat.
Option One – We Arrange Collection
This cost is deducted from your refund normally around £10-£15 within Ireland or Britain
Option Two – Customer Arranges Return
The customer takes full responsibility to ship unwanted goods back to us safely and undamaged for a full refund.
**Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, unwired and in a re-sellable condition in the original, unmarked packaging.**
**If items arrive back to us broken or damaged your full refund WILL NOT be guaranteed. **
